Dry and flaky skin is the most common complaint in winters. Here I’m going to tell you the top 5 best ways to protect your skin in winters:
1) For dry elbows, knuckles, knees, feet and buttocks – mix one cup oatmeal, five tablespoons honey, a pinch of saffron and one mashed avocado. Make a paste of these in milk and rub on the affected areas.
2) For very dry facial skin, mix two to three spoons of honey with one teaspoon of olive oil and massage onto the face.
3) For combination skin, mash papaya and mix it with milk. Apply on the face and leave it on for 15 minutes. Wash it off.
